You are looking at the 58 year old diplomat Olu-Ibukun Koye, who spread the Ebola Virus to the capital city of River state "Port Harcourt". Mr Koye Heads the ECOWAS Liaison Office in Lagos,Nigeria and has been working there since March 2011, and spread the virus after coming in contact with the late Patrick Sawyer, and fleeing quarantine in Lagos to get secretly treated in Port Harcourt.
On the same note, the Federal Executive Committee meeting on Wednesday and that the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation Mohammed Adoki was directed to look into the Nigerian laws and see how best Mr Koye could be sanctioned for his action that resulted in the death of Dr Enemuo who was treating him.
