An Angelina Jolie lookalike forced a taxi driver to have intercourse and perform a sex act on her before stabbing him when he couldn't satisfy her for a third time.
Nicolae Stan, 35 said he was hired by Romanian Luminita Perijoc to deliver some bags to her apartment in Tulcea.
Perijoc, 31, dragged him in and demanded sex. When he refused she drew a 10cm knife and forced him to undress, a court heard.
When he couldn't perform a third time, she stabbed him at least six times and he managed to escape and phone the police on his mobile.
Friends told local media that Perijoc models herself on Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie.
She originally tried to claim she was the victim in the attack but a court rejected her claims.
She was sentenced to five years but then it was suspended to four years because she had been impaired by high strength medication.
The married father of three, Nicolae Stan, has since become an unwilling local celebrity, teased constantly by friends who can't understand why he would refuse a woman so beautiful.
Perijoc originally attempted to say she was the one who had been raped in the attack but a court refused any of her claims. The Jolie wannabe was first given a five year sentence but then it was scaled back to four years because the court looked at new evidence which stated she had been extremely mentally compromised due to the high medication doses she was taking.
Stan exclaimed that he could have attempted to overpower her but he feared that the general public and, more importantly the police, would think he had raped her instead of the other way around so he tried to get out of the apartment without harming her. He added that he believed she was not use to men turning her down and this was what caused her violet rage after he declined her advances.
Stan was reportedly quieter when he told what Perijoc did to him. He declared that she took out a knife and made him to take off all his clothes and then have sex with her and also perform oral sex. She was not happy with one time and wanted sex again. When Stan said no, she attacked him with the knife, and forced him to another rape. All the while, she continued to stab him.
Luminita Perijoc, who apparently bases her look on Jolie, claims to have been on heavy medication at the time, and has received a four year suspended sentence, reports the New York Daily News.
Everything about this story displays yet another horrifying aspect of rape culture.
Men might make up the minority of rape victims, but this is no reason to dismiss them. As this story shows almost perfectly, society's treatment of male rape survivors is shockingly cruel.
Even though this man was clearly raped, the reports breaking about this story seem to steer clear of the term.
A seemingly small thing, but in a world where the perception is often that men can't be raped, the fact that it's "rape" when the victim is a woman, and "forced sex" when it is a man is extremely troubling.
Even more worrying is the way the man is now being taunted and teased for refusing to have sex with his rapist at knifepoint.

For rape and attempted murder, Perijoc's four year sentence seems unjustly short, while Stan feels he has been given a life sentence, as he'll never live being raped down.
The rapist is a beautiful woman, (or, as most report this story) and the rape victim is a man, therefore he is expected to want to have sex with her; and the fact that he refused her, or was "unable to perform", is treated as ludicrous.
This obsessive belief that men should always be ready and willing to have sex all the time and should never be expected to want to turn down women, especially beautiful women, is unspeakably damaging to men.
It guarantees that a male rape survivor can expect not just a lack of sympathy, but open teasing and mocking if he is raped, and that only leads to more rape survivors staying silent rather than speaking out.
